Mel triumphs in the rain
15 members braved the torrential downpours on Sunday, to fish the first match of the year at Iron Bridge.
With the Bream and Tench failing to show weights were very low but consistent across the field. The total weight for all anglers was 19lb 1 oz, with Mel Oakley finishing top with 2lb 1oz. Trev Hoad 2nd with 2lb 9oz and Steve Davey 3rd with 1lb 12oz.
